Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments of clients to accurately identify mental health needs and create targeted treatment strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the specific requirements of each client, ensuring that treatment aligns with their therapeutic goals.
  • Administer psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, integrating various therapeutic modalities as appropriate for client conditions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical and progress notes in line with departmental policies and healthcare regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and established social work interventions.
  • Assist clients with discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care by coordinating with various service providers throughout the region to facilitate their access to ongoing services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and crises. Qualifications
  • Hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
