Help students find their voice and build the communication skills they need to succeed! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support upper elementary students during the 2026-2027 school year in Brighton, MI.
Position Overview
Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation services to upper elementary students with diverse communication needs.
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress in accordance with school and state requirements.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication, academic achievement, and overall success.
Manage a well-balanced elementary caseload while delivering high-quality, student-centered speech-language services.
Qualifications
Masterโ€™s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA)
Experience providing speech-language services in a school-based setting, preferably with elementary-aged students
