Bridge Way Reflections Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our influential team. This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with patients through virtual consultations. Our organization utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to ensure seamless communication and support. Despite the remote setting, you will be a valued member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, committed to achieving the best outcomes for our patients. Flexible scheduling may be necessary to meet patient needs, including occasional evening or weekend hours.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Bridge Way Reflections Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments through structured interviews, observational techniques, and comprehensive medical record reviews to identify emotional, social, and environmental factors influencing patient recovery.
• Providing high-quality counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, assisting them in addressing adjustment issues and coping strategies in the context of recovery.
• Collaborating closely with rehabilitation professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique psychosocial needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Assisting patients in identifying and accessing community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance, to promote overall well-being and independence.
• Engaging in proactive discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients moving back to their homes or other care settings.

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Your expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be critical in supporting these patients as they address complex emotional and social issues, promoting their reintegration into the community effectively. Through your interventions, patients will receive the holistic care needed to navigate their recovery paths successfully.

To be considered for this vital role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

While not strictly required, applicants with the following experience will be favored:

• Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or medical setting, specifically with detox or substance use treatment.
• A comprehensive understanding of adjustment issues, grief, and coping mechanisms relating to recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build strong interpersonal relationships, essential for working with diverse patients and their families.
