**WE ARE LOCATED IN HASKELL, NJ**

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee and execute landscape construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in construction, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines. They must be personable, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment while adhering to company systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of landscape construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution using the proper construction techniques
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, vendors, and team members for billing and payment collection
  • Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety policies
  • Track project progress, costs, documentation, and inventory
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in landscape construction projects
