Varsity Mulching is hiring hardworking and dependable individuals to join our landscaping crews throughout the year.
As a Landscaping Laborer, you'll work under the direction of a Crew Lead to complete landscaping projects that help improve homes across Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Depending on the season, work may include mulching, edging, cleanups, planting, trimming, aeration, leaf cleanups, and other landscaping projects.
This role is perfect for college students or young professionals looking for hands-on work, outdoor experience, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company. You can work one season at a time based on your availability, including spring, summer, or fall. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
* Assist with mulching, weeding, edging, trimming, cleanups, planting, and other landscaping work as directed by the Crew Lead.
* Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the day.
* Follow instructions carefully to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* Blue collar experience is preferred but not required
