Job description

Robertson’s Landscaping (A 72-year-old company) is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman to join our team! This individual will be responsible for overseeing a mowing crew and job quality on our properties. You will also be responsible for training new personnel on proper operation of equipment and expected level of quality. Working with residential and commercial customers, identifying issues in the landscape through and taking corrective measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Review maintenance documents and understand the scope of work to be performed.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
  • Must always have a professional and neat appearance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance functions.
  • Knowledge of plant material, irrigation, lighting, water features, patios, etc. is a plus.
  • Leadership and experience managing multiple jobs.
  • Detailed, organized, honest, positive, high energy, problem solver, and a team player.
  • Clean driving record for the last 3 years to drive a company vehicle.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly desirable.
  • Must be willing to do things outside of your job description. All team members help and support other departments when necessary.
