Job description

Position Title: Landscape Designer & Project Manager

Company Name: Reynolds Landscaping Inc

Location: Manahawkin, New Jersey

About Us:

Reynolds Landscaping Inc, a reputable residential Landscape Architecture design-build firm with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a full-time Landscape Designer & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Our firm specializes in creating innovative outdoor spaces, ranging from new garden installations to custom outdoor living environments to new custom home construction. We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, serving Long Beach Island and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our design and project management team on various projects.
  • Utilize CAD software for drafting and creating detailed plans.
  • Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
  • Develop conceptual designs and translate them into construction documents.
  • Conduct site analysis, including field measuring and zoning/building code analysis.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates for project budgets.
  • Specify materials and coordinate with vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for drafting and modeling.
  • Basic understanding of the construction process and materials.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
