The Opportunity

Drive high-impact outdoor projects to completion while leading a dedicated field crew for an enterprise landscape contractor. You will oversee daily operations, translating project blueprints into pristine commercial, residential, and federal landscapes. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead daily site operations for landscape installation projects, keeping crews efficient, safe, and aligned with schedules.
  • Direct hands-on field activities including land grading, irrigation setup, hardscaping, planting, and heavy equipment operation.
  • Read and interpret project plans to verify proper installation layout and maintain exact quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience running field crews on commercial or large-scale landscape construction projects.
  • Core technical proficiency in grading, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and softscaping techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and execute landscape blueprints and construction plans accurately.
  • Strong leadership, site coordination, and communication skills to direct crew daily deliverables effectively.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of dedicated work experience in commercial landscape installation and site leadership.
  • Prior experience operating enterprise-grade heavy machinery and specialty landscape equipment.
  • Knowledge of local plant material, irrigation troubleshooting, and site grading controls.
  • MS Landscape Horticulturist License- MS (LHL)
