Job description

  • Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
  • Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
  • Install mulch, plants, sod, and seasonal flowers.
  • Weed and maintain landscape beds.
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand tools.
  • Clean up properties and remove debris after each service.
  • Assist with landscape installation, drainage, irrigation, and other enhancement projects.
  • Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Communicate with crew leaders and customers in a respectful and professional manner.
Qualifications:

  • Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
