Job Title: Outpatient / Ambulatory Care RN

Specialty: Ambulatory Care / Outpatient Clinic Nursing

Place of Work (City/State): Polacca, Arizona

Site: Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) – rural Critical Access Hospital, Hopi Reservation

Location: Highway 264, Mile Marker 388, Polacca, AZ 86042

Duration: 1 year contract

Shift Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. No nights/weekends anticipated. 30-minute unpaid meal break when relieved.

Shifts Needed per Month: ~20–22 shifts/month (weekdays)

Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 to 8 weeks

License: Any state license works — current, active, full, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state, DC, PR, or territory)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (current)

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, ADN, BSN, or higher)

Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years as an RN, with at least 1 year of Ambulatory Care experience. At least 1 year of IV infusion experience AND 1 year of IV starts/PICC lines/ports preferred (required if duties assigned).

Special Skills Needed: IV infusions, IV starts, PICC/port access; working knowledge of adult and pediatric immunization schedules and administration; patient education and follow-up; rural/Tribal environment.

Responsibilities: Support outpatient/clinic care including medication and treatment administration, immunization and infusion support, patient education, follow-up, and complete documentation.
