Landscape Maintenance Foreman
About Us
Georgia Landscape Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our growing team in the Metro Atlanta area. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, landscaping experience, and the ability to independently manage crews, equipment, and daily production.
We are looking for dependable leaders who take pride in quality work, communicate effectively, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Pay
  •  $20.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience 
Schedule
  •  Full-time 
  •  Four 10-hour shifts 
  •  Monday - Thursday 
  •  Friday used as makeup/weather day when needed 
  •  Optional overtime opportunities available on Saturdays 
Responsibilities
  •  Lead and supervise a landscaping maintenance crew 
  •  Manage assigned truck, trailer, and landscaping equipment 
  •  Perform lawn maintenance services including: 
    •  mowing 
    •  edging 
    •  pruning 
    •  weed control 
    •  blowing 
  •  Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards 
  •  Manage labor hours and daily productivity goals 
  •  Communicate effectively with management and crew members 
  •  Work independently without direct supervision throughout the day 
  •  Maintain a safe and professional work environment 
  •  Train and support crew members as needed 
Qualifications
  •  Minimum 3 - 5 years of landscaping supervisory experience preferred 
  •  Experience leading lawn maintenance or landscaping crews 
  •  Working knowledge of Atlanta-area plants and turf preferred 
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills 
  •  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
  •  Valid driver's license preferred 
  •  Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
