Edwardโ€™s Lawn & Landscaping is seeking motivated Landscape Foremen to join our growing team! If you enjoy working outdoors, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:
As a landscape foreman, youโ€™ll be responsible for managing a small crew (1โ€“2 team members) to complete assigned lawn maintenance or landscaping projects safely, efficiently, and on budget. This role includes regular client interactionโ€”from kick-off to end-of-day walkthroughsโ€”to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Youโ€™ll work throughout Central Maryland on a variety of residential and commercial properties, delivering top-tier lawn maintenance, landscape enhancement, and installation services.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Prior landscaping or lawn care experience (highly preferred - we will continue to train the right person)
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mindset

Position Details & Benefits:

  • Pay: $22.00โ€“$28.00/hr (based on experience)
  • Schedule:
    • 4x10-hour days (Mondayโ€“Thursday)
    • Occasional Fridays/Saturdays during peak season with potential OT available
