Requirements
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure all job-related tasks are performed safely and efficiently, utilizing all tools and equipment in accordance with the company safety policy
  • Ability to run equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc)
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints
  • The development and training of crew members
  • Collaboration with the Operations Manager for landscaping installations
  • Performs routine job site inspections
  • Assures the quality and timely completion of all daily tasks assigned
  • Communicate production goals with crew members
  • Track and record all job expenses, including materials and labor
  • Assists the Operations Manager with the management of subcontractors as needed
  • Solves technical issues on as-built projects
  • Provides excellent, accurate, complete, and timely service to clients, vendors, and company staff
