Job Description
As a vital team member, Account Managers are responsible for coordinating and maintaining crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of residential maintenance properties.
Ideal candidate would be a self-starter, adaptable, has high attention to detail and time-management skills, and well as effective communication skills with the department manager, crews, as well as clients and vendors.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and successfully manage crews to ensure all properties are efficiently serviced and held to company standards.
Grow and develop team.
Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and potential clients, as well as provide timely and effective assistance to clients for any potential and existing problems.
Present site improvement and solution ideas to clients.
Ensure safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Minimum 2 year Account Management experience; 3 years managing crews.
Thorough knowledge of industry basics, such as but not exclusively, landscape maintenance and landscape installation.
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong conflict resolution and critical-thinking skills.
