Job Description

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to grow your career with a top-tier landscaping company, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Work on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving commercial properties
  • Perform high-quality maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and more
  • Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials, keeping tools in top shape
  • Follow directions from Crew Leaders and ensure job sites are clean, safe, and complete
  • Occasionally support commercial construction or enhancement projects
  • Take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments

What You Bring:

  • At least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience
  • Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license is a MUST
