Russo Landscapes is growing! Were looking for a creative, motivated, and client-focused Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our team! This role blends design, sales, and client interaction to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.
Were seeking someone who thrives on creativity, leadership, and building lasting relationships. If you're passionate about landscape design and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Meet with clients on-site to understand project goals
  • Create and present landscape designs (softscape & hardscape)
  • Generate estimates and close sales
  • Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to contract
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure project success
What Were Looking For
  • Expert in landscape design with the ability to produce professional, buildable landscape plans
  • Ability to design independently and present designs confidently to clients
  • Applicants without professional landscape design experience and portfolio examples will not be considered
  • Expert-level knowledge of plant selection, grading, drainage, hardscape layout, and outdoor living design
  • Successful sales track record, excellent communication skills & highly organized
  • Self-starter; Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
