Join our dynamic team as a full-time Landscape Enhancement Crew Team Member, where you will play a vital role in transforming and maintaining the beauty of our clients' landscapes. Our company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, adhering to the highest industry standards. Working Monday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 am, you will collaborate with a dedicated team under the guidance of a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader. This position offers a stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Perform landscape installation tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Follow detailed instructions to complete projects in line with our Quality and Industry standards.
  • Maintain safety and security for yourself, team members, and customers on job sites.
  • Utilize knowledge of planting, sodding, grading, and irrigation to ensure proper installation and growth environments.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with crew leaders, customers, and other crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, managers, and other employees.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscape-related tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of irrigation, grading, planting, and sod techniques and tools.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others in a courteous manner.
  • Experience using skid-steers, compact track trenchers, and excavators (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license (Required).
