Landscape Supervisor
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee landscape installation projects, irrigation systems, and high-end residential landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
This role will lead field crews, maintain quality standards, ensure project efficiency, and help create beautiful outdoor environments for our residential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate crews performing large-scale and complex landscape installation projects.
  • Oversee the layout and installation of trees, shrubs, plants, irrigation systems, and sod.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation system issues, including wiring faults, leaks, and valve malfunctions.
  • Repair and replace irrigation components including valves, controllers, backflow preventers, sprinkler heads, and nozzles.
  • Manage and supervise high-end residential landscape maintenance programs.
  • Monitor and perform turf care, plant and tree health management, horticultural pruning, and fertility applications.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
  • Monitor crew productivity, workmanship quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, equipment, and emerging landscape technologies through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications
Required

  • Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience.
  • Experience with landscape installation and irrigation systems.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish at an elementary/conversational level.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in hot weather for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pull a trailer safely.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively with others.

Preferred

  • Experience supervising landscape crews.
  • Background in high-end residential landscape maintenance.
  • Advanced irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience.
