WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent - Landscape Maintenance Foreman to oversee all aspects of our landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing landscape maintenance crews and delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscape maintenance crews
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with client expectations
  • Oversee the scheduling of crews and equipment to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or requests
  • Monitor and manage inventory of materials and supplies
