Landscapes USA is seeking a sharp individual to become a Landscape Account Manager for our Tulsa, OK operation. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact with our landscape maintenance clients. You will build and maintain long-term relationships, focusing on client retention, quality management, and enhancement sales, while providing oversight and management of field operations. A background in the landscape industry is essential for this role, as it will enable you to effectively meet client needs and drive successful project outcomes.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, meeting regularly with clients
  • Review the landscape on a regular basis ensuring our quality standards are met
  • Proactively present property design, enhancement or maintenance ideas to existing customers.
  • Prioritize safety throughout our operation.
  • Help plan and direct the field operations daily.
  • Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.

Skills we're seeking:

  • Exceptional horticulture knowledge of native, non-native perennials, shrubs, trees, and specimen plant material

  • Willingness to be coachable and exceed expectations with hitting company goals
  • OK or a US Driver's License with good driving record
  • Knowledge of computers and basic software
    Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's in Horticulture, Turfgrass or a related major (Sufficient, 3-7 years experience within the industry will be considered instead of degree)
