We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead multiple landscape maintenance crews while ensuring our commercial properties consistently exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do

As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple commercial landscape maintenance crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting multiple landscape maintenance crews across various commercial properties

  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing Crew Leaders and team members

  • Scheduling work and allocating labour, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity

  • Performing regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met

  • Building strong relationships with clients and addressing questions or concerns professionally

  • Identifying enhancement opportunities and working with the sales and operations teams to develop solutions

  • Ensuring crews follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Managing equipment usage and ensuring proper care and maintenance

  • Completing daily reports, site inspections, production tracking, and other administrative responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of field employees

  • Assisting with snow and ice management operations during the winter season, including supervising crews during snow events

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience

  • Previous experience supervising multiple crews or managing landscape operations

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Experience managing client relationships in a commercial environment

  • Strong understanding of commercial landscape maintenance practices and equipment

  • Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems

  • Landscape Technician, Horticulture, or related education is considered an asset

Working Conditions
