Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who values teamwork, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily landscaping maintenance tasks, leading crew members, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Your leadership will help us deliver top-quality service and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, mulch installation, and general cleanup.
  • Assign tasks to crew members based on project needs, skill levels, and safety guidelines.

  • Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects.
