Join Our Landscape Team

Lehigh Lawns & Landscaping, Inc. is looking for dependable, experienced Landscapers / Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team serving residential and commercial properties throughout the Hudson Valley.


This is a hands-on outdoor position primarily focused on lawn and landscape maintenance. You’ll work with an experienced crew performing mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanups, mulching, planting, and general property maintenance.


If you have landscaping experience, know how to safely use commercial lawn equipment, and take pride in showing up and doing quality work, we want to hear from you.


Spanish-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.


What You’ll Do

  • Mow residential and commercial properties using commercial lawn equipment.
  • Perform string trimming, edging, and blowing.
  • Complete spring, fall, and seasonal property cleanups.
  • Install mulch and define landscape bed edges.
  • Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape materials.
  • Prune shrubs and perform basic landscape maintenance.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
  • Safely operate and care for landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Work closely with crew members to complete daily routes and projects efficiently.
  • Assist other landscape crews when additional help is needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous landscaping, lawn maintenance, or groundskeeping experience preferred.
  • Ideally 1+ year of hands-on landscape maintenance experience.
  • Experience with commercial mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and similar equipment.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable performing physical outdoor work throughout the workday.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a crew.
  • Valid New York State Driver’s License strongly preferred.


Candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered if they demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and experience working in outdoor or labor-intensive environments.


Additional Experience Is a Plus

You do not need all of the following to qualify, but let us know if you have experience with:

  • Leading or supervising a landscape crew.
  • Zero-turn and other commercial mowing equipment.
  • Skid steers or mini-excavators.
  • Hardscape or masonry work.
  • Plant identification and pruning.
  • Irrigation systems.
  • Light construction.
  • Snow plowing or commercial snow removal.
  • Operating loaders, skid steers, or other equipment during snow events.

Winter & Snow Work Opportunities

  • Lehigh Lawns & Landscaping also provides commercial snow and ice management services throughout the winter.
  • Landscape employees may have opportunities for additional winter work based on business needs, weather conditions, experience, and available positions.


Winter opportunities may include:

  • Snow shoveling.
  • Snow plowing.
  • Sidewalk and property clearing.
  • Skid steer or loader operation.
  • Other commercial snow-removal work.


Experienced snow-removal candidates are encouraged to tell us about their snow, plowing, or equipment experience when applying.


Winter work is based on weather and business needs and is not guaranteed.


Strong seasonal snow employees may also receive consideration for landscape and lawn-care positions when the green season begins again.
