Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily landscape operations to ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient use of resources, and client satisfaction. This role supports account performance by coordinating crews, equipment, and materials while maintaining safety, quality, and cost controls.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure service quality standards are met
  • Inspect properties prior to service and develop action plans to address site needs
  • Monitor irrigation systems and landscape conditions to address issues proactively
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of equipment and tools
  • Support scheduling, staffing needs, and daily crew assignments
  • Assist with employee training, performance management, and development
  • Monitor job costs, materials usage, and operational efficiency
  • Enforce safety standards and support a strong safety culture

Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in the landscaping or grounds maintenance industry
  • At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of landscape operations, equipment, and safety practices
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check
