Are you an ISA Certified Arborist with a passion for sustainable land care and a proven track record in operations leadership? Organically Green is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our arboriculture, plant health care, and landscaping teams across Long Island.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily field operations across landscaping, arboriculture, and plant health care teams
  • Conduct on-site evaluations, diagnose tree and plant health issues, and develop treatment plans
  • Coordinate scheduling, routing, and resource allocation for field crews
  • Provide technical guidance and training in arboriculture, equipment use, and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales and client service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional follow-up
  • Monitor operational metrics, equipment, and workflows to drive continuous improvement


What We're Looking For

  • ISA Certified Arborist — required
  • Proven experience in operations management within landscaping, arboriculture, or plant health care
  • Strong knowledge of tree biology, diagnostics, pruning standards, and PHC programs
  • Experience managing field crews, schedules, and multi-site operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
