With a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $62,000 annually, you will play a vital role in overseeing our crew, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction. Compensation:

$55,000 - $62,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct the daily operations of the landscape crew
  • Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
  • Schedule and coordinate assignments for the crew to ensure the timely completion of projects
  • Inspect work quality to maintain high standards and client satisfaction
  • Manage inventory of tools and equipment, and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate channels
