Job description

Overview
As a Landscape Lead Technician, you’ll take the lead in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. Your work will help keep lawns, gardens, and hardscapes looking their best. We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to be part of a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company vehicle (AZ license required) to travel between job sites
  • Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and other maintenance tasks
  • Adjust irrigation timers and repair sprinklers/drip lines
  • Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
  • Build and maintain hardscapes like patios, walkways, and retaining walls
  • Use hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct lawn care (fertilization, aeration, weed control)
  • Trim and prune trees and shrubs for health and appearance
  • Assist with irrigation system installation
  • Work closely with the team while maintaining safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean record
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Landscaping experience (preferred, but not required – we train the right person!)
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate landscaping equipment
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
