Landscape Foreman

We are seeking an experienced motivated Hardscape Foreman to lead our crews and help deliver high quality outdoor projects throughout the season. This position is ideal for someone with leadership skills, attention to detail and hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping, as well as plowing services.

We are a full service 4 Season Company

Responsibilities:

*Lead and Manage Landscape Crews on Projects

*Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safety and company standards.

*Read and execute landscape and hardscape plans.

*Operate equipment and oversee daily crew activity.

*Communicate with clients and management professionally.

*Train and Mentor Crew Members

*Maintain client, organized and safe jobsites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Previous landscape/hardscape experience (3 years)

*Leadership or Foreman experience preferred

*Knowledge of Patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting and outdoor living spaces.

*Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, and landscape equipment

*Plowing Experience
