IKON Landscape is a premier landscaping company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-quality outdoor spaces for high-end residential properties. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Landscape Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and closeout of assigned landscape construction projects. Working at the intersection of design intent and field execution; ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the standards IKON's clients expect.

This role requires strong communication skills, technical construction knowledge and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse client relationships. You love planning, executing on time and on budget, and you're strong with numbers, job costing and managing data. When you're on job sites, you confidently lead people, manage client relationships and ensure all work reflects IKON's values.

We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience). We also offer a strong benefits package including paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, 401K (3% match) and company vehicle.

Responsibilities for our Landscape Project Manager:
  • Manage all assigned projects from preconstruction planning through punch list completion and client acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans for every active project.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for all assigned projects, providing proactive and professional project updates at every stage.
  • Resolve client concerns independently and escape complex issues to the Lead PM with a recommended solution.
  • Process and track all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes and closeout records.
  • Maintain accurate and current project files in IKON's project management system at all times.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety and schedule progress at every stage of construction.
  • Coordinate with Construction Managers and Supervisors on scope alignment, resource needs and daily schedule.
  • Identify project risks early and propose mitigation strategies to the Lead/Sr. Project Manager.
  • Manage subcontractor scopes, schedules and performance and address any deficiencies promptly.
Requirements for our Landscape Project Manager:
  • 3-6 years of landscape construction or project management experience.
  • Experience managing field operations including labor, equipment and material procurement on concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with Aspire project management software (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools for job costing and budget management.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • PMP or LEED certification a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
