The Opportunity You will serve as a high-impact field leader, overseeing multiple crews to deliver premium landscape maintenance for elite South Florida properties. This role provides the autonomy to drive operational excellence while mentoring a dedicated team in a performance-rooted culture.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Supervise and support multiple landscape maintenance crews daily to ensure high-quality project delivery.

  • Delegate tasks effectively across assigned properties to maintain strict productivity and performance standards.

  • Inspect job sites routinely to identify plant health issues and ensure all services exceed client expectations.

  • Coordinate daily work orders and schedules using Jobber and WhatsApp to maintain project transparency.

  • Enforce strict safety protocols and oversee the proper maintenance of company trucks, trailers, and equipment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
