Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as landscape maintenance field supervisors near our Bermuda Dunes, CA location.


A “Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor” facilitates the field operations of multiple crews by communicating with the account managers and customers regarding the progress and quality of the crews’ assigned jobs, as well as making sure everyone in the assigned crews is working efficiently and safely.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Communicate with crew foreman regarding job assignments and progress of assigned tasks
  • Keep the account manager informed about customer issues and consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure all job quality performance expectations are met in accordance with company standards
  • Work with the account manager and crew leaders regarding crew compositions
  • Able to identify and manage potential enhancement work
  • Able to perform labor-intensive work on a regular basis


Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Adequate knowledge on common chemicals related to landscaping
  • Monitor and program irrigation controllers
  • Understand proper pest and weed control methods
  • Create and oversee optimal yard departure routine
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance
