We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Lawn Maintenance Laborer.Position Overview:As a Lawn Maintenance Laborer at Barnes, Inc., you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. You will work outdoors in a dynamic and collaborative environment, transforming lawns and green spaces into thriving, aesthetically pleasing areas. If you have a passion for landscaping and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your hard work come to life, this is the job for you.Year-Round Work Opportunity: This role is focused on lawn maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall, with the opportunity to continue working in the winter season supporting our snow removal operations. Winter duties may include snow plowing, sidewalk clearing, shoveling, salting, and related snow response work. Barnes operates both lawn/landscape and snow removal divisions, so this can be a great fit for candidates seeking more consistent year-round employment.Key Responsibilities:Perform lawn mowing, edging, and string-trimming to ensure a manicured appearance.Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks, such as weeding, pruning, and mulching.Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.Qualifications:Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.Strong work ethic and a passion for working outdoors.Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with clients.Valid driver's license are required.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.
