Job description

We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our civil site department in Dublin, OH. Will work for clients within the residential land development sector.
* Working on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
* May also conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting.
* Site/civil development including grading design.
* Prepare Landscape and Hardscape Plans from concept development through construction documents.
* Bachelor"s degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
* 2+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture; relevant internship(s) preferred.
* Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
* Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Lumion, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft office is preferred.
