Job description

We are seeking a dependable landscape technician to join our dynamic team dedicated to commercial landscape and outdoor maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and is committed to safety, teamwork, and high-quality service.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance are essential for success in this role.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to build hands-on experience, contribute to transforming outdoor spaces, and help ensure every site is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, line trimming, edging, mulching, tree trimming, shrubbery pruning, and planting
  • Use hand tools and power equipment for lawn care
  • Perform snow shoveling during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and team members
  • Support tree care activities including trimming, and removal
  • Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections, cleaning, and basic repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with team members on planning, site preparation, and ongoing maintenance efforts

Skills

  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping machinery
  • Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices are a plus but not a must
