Responsabilidades claves

  • Representar profesionalmente a Allied Landscape en todas las actividades.
  • Realizar el trabajo con un alto compromiso con la SEGURIDAD y la EFICIENCIA.
  • Realizar tareas como cortar césped, bordear, podar, desherbar, soplar, plantar, regar a mano, realizar reparaciones de riego y retirar escombros de jardinería utilizando las técnicas capacitadas por la empresa.
  • Trabajar en equipo y ser servicial y cortés con los clientes.
  • Ayudar con la carga y descarga diaria de equipos eléctricos, herramientas, materiales y escombros de jardinería de los vehículos de la empresa. Mantener niveles adecuados de combustible, aceite y refrigerante del radiador para el mantenimiento diario de los vehículos.

Cualificaciones | Habilidades

  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, establecer prioridades y cumplir con todas las asignaciones relacionadas con los clientes y la empresa.
  • Conocimiento básico del uso de equipos y herramientas.
  • Capacidad para comprender y comunicarse eficazmente con el gerente y los miembros del equipo.

Position Summary

This is a full-time opportunity within our operations teams. The Laborer will be a key member of the team in order to provide a high-quality service to our customers. This role is part of a collaborative effort to meet and exceed client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Professionally represent Allied Landscape in all activities 
  • Perform work with high commitment to: SAFETY and EFFICIENCY 
  • Perform duties such as: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, planting, hand watering, irrigation repairs and removal of landscape debris utilizing trained company techniques.
  • Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and garden debris daily from Company vehicles. Maintain appropriate levels of fuel, oil, and radiator coolant to service vehicles on a daily basis.

Qualifications | Skills 

  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and follow-thru on all assignments related to clients and company.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment and tool use
  • Ability to effectively understand and communicate with manager and crewmembers
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout an 8 hour work day.
  • Able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting.

The position primarily works outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions and noise levels, exposure to dust, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, grease, oils, dust, and fumes
