Crew Manager – Landscape & Hardscape

Haden's Lawncare, LLC

Haden's Lawncare, LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Crew Manager to lead our landscape and hardscape crews. The Crew Manager will be responsible for supervising employees, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a professional relationship with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a crew of landscape and hardscape employees.

  • Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.

  • Maintain quality control on all landscape and hardscape projects.

  • Read project plans and ensure installations are completed correctly.

  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site organization.

  • Communicate with customers and management regarding project progress.

  • Ensure all safety policies and company procedures are followed.

  • Operate landscaping and construction equipment as needed.

  • Assist with retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, drainage systems, landscape installations, and other outdoor construction projects.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience leading a landscape, hardscape, or construction crew preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions on the job site.

  • Ability to read landscape or hardscape plans is a plus.

  • Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus).

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
