Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you will coordinate teams of landscapers, manage daily operations, and ensure that all landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks are completed on time and to client specifications. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety protocols, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments that enhance the beauty and functionality of our clients’ properties.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate landscape crews to execute projects efficiently, safely, and according to plan.
  • Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repair, and general gardening tasks.
  • Manage landscaping construction projects from start to finish, ensuring proper site preparation, installation, and finishing touches.
  • Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on skill levels and project requirements while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper operation and scheduling routine maintenance for longevity and safety

Requirements

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor construction fields.
