We are offering a signing bonus of $500.00!!

American Landscape is seeking leaders who are hard-working and interested in Landscape Construction Division. These individual needs to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service and direction. The position requires a Driver’s License and clean driving record. Top Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Direct a crew of 2-3 laborers
  • Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a professional appearance
  • Provide a high-quality service for our commercial & residential clients
  • Act professional when speaking to a customer
  • Keep work area clean and looking professional which includes vehicle, office area, and shop
  • Clock in and out daily and fill out paperwork
  • Perform tasks related to construction of landscape beds, retaining walls, patios, lawns, planting of trees, shrubs and flowers, lighting
  • Equipment Service – Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair work so daily tasks can be performed
  • Work during the winter season in our snow operations

Qualifications:

  • Job type – Full Time
  • Experience – 5 or more years’ experience preferred if the following:
    • Landscape Construction Foreman
    • Grading
    • Patio Installation
    • Retaining Wall Installation
    • Seeding
    • Tree and Shrub Planting
  • Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Willingness to obtain a CDL-A

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $35.00 to $40.00/hour depending on position and experience.
