This experienced and entrepreneurial-minded professional will work closely with executive leadership to expand our business presence and develop long-lasting client relationships and teaming opportunities. Their initial focus will be on business development and growth strategies. The is a hybrid position with both in-person and remote work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with execute leadership to identify and establish strategic office locations in South Carolina and nearby states.
• Lead our business development locally to grow our client base and expand services.
• Lead cross-discipline collaboration at South Carolina office(s)
• Attend professional workshops, meetings and marketing events (SCDOT, ACEC, ASCE)
• Identify and develop strategies to secure future work for both small and large-scale projects.
• Prepare successful proposals and oversee project selection.
