About Us

At Mayer Landscape, we take pride in delivering top-tier commercial and residential landscape services. We believe that a great company culture starts with strong leadership, and we are looking for a dedicated Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to lead our installation and enhancement crews.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual leader with at least 3 years of experience managing landscaping crews, specifically focused on simple landscape installations and property enhancements (such as planting trees/shrubs, laying sod, mulch/pine straw installation, and minor bed transformations). In this role, you will oversee daily enhancement projects, ensure top-quality craftsmanship, and mentor crew members. If you are passionate about landscape design installation, bilingual (English/Spanish), live in or near Cumming, GA, we’d like to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and guide an enhancement/installation crew in the field.
  • Oversee simple landscape installations including plant material, sod, mulch, pine straw, and seasonal color.
  • Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain necessary landscaping and installation equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members in Spanish and with management/clients in English.
  • Manage daily project workflow, paperwork, and material staging.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a landscape installation or enhancement crew.
