    Requirements for our Landscaping Project Manager - Design Build

    • 3+ years of experience in project management in landscaping, construction or a similar industry.
    • Valid Driver's License (Required)
    • Experience with large scale projects including commercial, municipal, or large residential projects.
    • Strong knowledge of landscape construction, design/build, horticulture, and hardscaping techniques.

      Primary Responsibilities for our Landscaping Project Manager - Design Build

      • Plan and oversee landscape projects from start to finish (site prep, hardscape, softscape, sod).
      • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources.
      • Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
      • Order materials, arrange trucking, and manage equipment and site logistics.
      • Monitor project budgets, labor hours, overtime, and material usage.
      • Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
      • Manage change orders and address on-site challenges proactively.
      • Other duties as assigned.
