Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist the crew in executing daily assignments and routines
  • Install plant materials according to landscape design plans
  • Identify and delegate tasks to enhance department productivity and profitability
  • Encourage continuous learning and development among team members
  • Engage in hands-on work and operate various landscaping equipment
  • Plan and cultivate lawns, gardens, and other green spaces based on designs
  • Install landscaping features such as rock gardens, retaining walls, and decks
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and maintain a clean job site
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of landscape practices and procedures
