ND Landscape Services is hiring an experienced, hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead high-end residential and commercial landscape construction projects throughout the North Shore of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

This is a construction-focused leadership position. You will lead a crew building patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, drainage systems, plantings, lawns, lighting and complete outdoor living environments.

The top of the pay range is intended for candidates who can independently lead a crew, perform field layout from plans, operate equipment, manage production and deliver projects to company quality standards.

What You'll Lead
  • Direct and work alongside a landscape construction crew
  • Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs and outdoor living spaces
  • Complete grading, drainage, planting, lawn and lighting installations
  • Read construction plans, blueprints and work orders
  • Perform field layout, measurements and elevations
  • Plan daily labor, materials, equipment and jobsite logistics
  • Operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, trucks and trailers
  • Track employee time, materials and equipment usage
  • Train and develop crew members
  • Maintain safe, clean and organized jobsites
  • Communicate professionally with project managers, clients and vendors
  • Participate in winter snow and ice operations
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading a landscape construction, hardscape, masonry, excavation or site-work crew
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape installation and landscape construction practices
  • Ability to read plans and complete jobsite layout
  • Experience operating landscape or construction equipment
  • Ability to organize labor, materials and daily production
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Georgetown location
  • Dependable attendance and professional communication
  • Ability to perform the essential physical duties of outdoor construction work, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Landscape construction experience
  • Massachusetts Hoisting License - Not Required but will be needed to obtain 
  • Experience with high-end residential or commercial construction projects

Candidates with strong masonry, excavation, site construction or general construction leadership experience are encouraged to apply, even when their background is not exclusively in landscaping.
