THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

THE SCHEDULE:

As you begin your workday, you have the chance to start fresh and early! Your regular work hours are from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, and all of our service areas are within a 30-minute radius of the office.

YOUR LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR ROLE:

Join our landscaping team as a Landscape Construction Supervisor. Lead your team in tasks from setting pavers to building walls, ensuring every detail matches the design. Stay in touch with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied. Be ready to oversee snow removal and salting operations as winter approaches.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping construction and hardscaping
  • Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and materials
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one
