Position Overview
El Key Account Specialist será responsable de apoyar las operaciones de ventas, merchandising y desarrollo de oportunidades comerciales para FITC. La posición requiere visitas regulares a puntos de venta, seguimiento a inventarios y órdenes, apoyo en iniciativas de mercadeo y coordinación de actividades que fortalezcan la presencia de la marca en el mercado.
Esta posición también servirá como enlace entre el equipo interno, los distribuidores, los puntos de venta y otros aliados estratégicos para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Compensación: $13.00 por hora
  • Car Allowance: $200 mensuales
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising & Retail Support
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a 39 tiendas (28 ubicadas en el área metro).
  • Verificar y documentar:
    • Disponibilidad de producto
    • Inventarios
    • Órdenes pendientes
    • Presentación y acomodo del producto en góndola
  • Registrar toda la información relevante en el APP de Farm in the City.
  • Organizar y acomodar los productos en los puntos de venta cuando sea necesario para asegurar una presentación adecuada.
2. Sales Coordination & Distributor Support
  • Dar seguimiento al equipo de ventas de Hill Brothers en temas relacionados con:
    • Nuevas tiendas o cadenas potenciales
    • Promociones, shoppers y ofertas
    • Actividades o iniciativas especiales de ventas
  • Mantener comunicación con vendedores y contactos clave a través de correos electrónicos y seguimiento directo.
3. Business Development
  • Identificar oportunidades para participar en eventos, convenciones o actividades organizadas por distribuidores.
  • Desarrollar relaciones con escuelas y programas educativosinteresados en realizar tours en Farm in the City.
4. Events & Brand Activation
  • Apoyar la presencia de la marca en eventos especiales, incluyendo Green Days y otras actividades promocionales.
  • Colaborar con el equipo interno en la planificación y organización de eventos tales como:
    • Green Days
    • Eventos en campos de golf
    • Actividades promocionales y demostraciones de producto.
5. Reporting & Market Insights
  • Preparar un informe mensual que incluya:
    • Oportunidades identificadas en el mercado
    • Fortalezas y posicionamiento de ambas marcas
    • Observaciones relevantes de las visitas a tiendas
  • Participar en reuniones de mercadeo para aportar información estratégica basada en la experiencia en campo y el contacto directo con los puntos de venta.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Experiencia en ventas, merchandising o manejo de cuentas (preferible).
  • Habilidad para organizar rutas de visitas y manejar múltiples cuentas.
  • Buenas destrezas de comunicación y seguimiento.
  • Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento de marca.
  • Manejo básico de apps de reporte y herramientas digitales.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para visitas a tiendas.
