Join a Reliable, Year-Round Equipment Transport Team

Mattos Equipment Transport LLC is looking for an experienced Druck Driver, specifically Class A Low Bed Driver to join our team! This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a dependable driver who takes pride in safe hauling, clean equipment, and professional service.


We transport farm and construction equipment throughout the Central Valley and surrounding areas using low bed, Murray detachable neck, and Landoll trailers.


What You'll Do

As the Truck Driver of a Low Bed, you will be responsible for safely transporting equipment from yards, fields, and jobsites to the next destination. This role requires a skilled driver who can work independently, communicate professionally, and properly load, secure, and deliver equipment.


Responsibilities include:

  • Hauling farm and construction equipment
  • Loading and unloading equipment safely
  • Loading and unloading ramps
  • Ability to use chains, winches, and other tie-down materials
  • Securing loads properly with minimal assistance
  • Transporting equipment between fields, job sites, yards, and customer locations
  • Maintaining clean trucks, trailers, and equipment
  • Completing logs and required paperwork daily
  • Following all safety, DOT, and company procedures
  • Providing excellent service when interacting with clients

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of equipment.


Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A experience
  • Prior low bed transport experience required
  • Experience with heavy equipment strongly preferred
  • Clean DMV record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing
  • Ability to load, unload, and secure equipment properly
  • Knowledge of permits is a plus
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings, late days, occasional overnight runs, and some weekends (Overtime!)
  • Positive attitude and professional communication with customers and team members
