These jobs are typically well-defined, stable, and widely recognized in the industry, making them useful for comparing roles both internally and externally. Organizations use landmark jobs to ensure consistency and fairness in pay structures by aligning other roles relative to these benchmarks. They are not necessarily unique to a single company and often represent commonly found roles across multiple organizations.

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Archer Hotel Management Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be part of the pre-opening leadership team, working alongside the General Manager and key stakeholders to establish the operational, financial, and cultural foundations of what will become one of Seville's premier luxury hospitality experiences.
This role offers a rare chance to contribute to a landmark opening project, combining the entrepreneurial spirit of a new development with the strength and global recognition of one of the world's most prestigious luxury hotel brands.
