Description
Landmark Homes located in Windsor, CO, is looking to add to our team by hiring an experienced Multi Family Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent provides overall management of field operations to one or more projects, establishes field objectives and policies, safety, quality control and monitors construction and through administrative direction of a Project Manager; as well as mentoring Assistant Superintendents. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
General Responsibilities:
Manage all phases and aspects of field operations for one or more projects.
Ensure proper safety measures are adhered to.
Ensure each project is built per plans, specs, and building code, and delivered with the highest level of quality.
Manage subcontractors to maintain construction schedules.
Lead all aspects of subcontractor coordination.
Mentor and train field personnel.
Follow the company's best practices.
Requirements
Successful previous experience as a Multi Family Construction Superintendent
Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office Suite
Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary Description
$90,000 -$110,000 annual plus bonus
