Responsible for meal service, assisting in preparation of food, care and cleaning of food service equipment, setting up trays and dining room tables.

Ability to ensure the delivery of meals and customer service for a positive dining experience. Follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, states and local guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care.

The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures.

Previous experience working in a dietary department is required preferably in a healthcare setting.
