Job description

We are seeking a Land Use Attorney to represent clients in matters involving zoning, land use, development, and local government regulations.


Responsibilities include advising clients on land development projects, preparing and reviewing land use applications and related agreements, conducting legal research, appearing before municipal boards and governmental agencies, negotiating with public officials, and providing strategic counsel throughout the permitting and entitlement process.


The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience handling land use, zoning, real estate development, or municipal law matters.


Active membership in the Florida state bar is required.
