To effectively build and maintain customer relationships through solicitation while maximizing revenue opportunities utilizing our service offerings
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES.
  • To meet or exceed individual customer Service Level Agreements (SLA)

  • Actively monitor and rectify scorecard by customer

  • Ensure daily solicitation goals are met

  • Ensure understanding and use of all USA Truck service offerings

  • To meet or exceed operating plan line haul goals by accounts

Qualifications and Education Requirements.
  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Understand network needs and balance

  • Effectively build working relationships with sales team

  • Effectively communicate to our internal and external customers

  • Effective use of written and oral communication
