This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: Atlantic Fields, set outside of Hobe Sound, FL.
Atlantic Fields is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join the Human Resources Department.
The Recruiting Manager will support our continual growth as an organization. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a project based environment - hospitality and construction industry experience is highly preferred. This person will partner with leadership to forecast future open roles, build a pipeline of strong internal talent along with streamlining internal processes including training, orientation, and onboarding. In this role, you will be part of creating the Atlantic Fields/Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting and talent sourcing for a real estate development and country club community.
  • Builds processes and systems for managing internal talent pipelines of diverse talent.
  • Builds talent recruiting strategies including diverse talent sourcing strategies, social media presence, search firm strategy, college recruiting programs.
  • Develop internal mobility and talent deployment, succession planning.
  • Achieves staffing objectives by effectively building pipelines of talent related to key business and hiring initiatives across the project, as well as for high turnover and hard to fill roles.
  • Build university/campus recruiting strategy.
  • Oversee and implement strategic plan for seasonal hirings, including partnering closely with project leadership on recruiting events, new hire on/off boarding.
  • Build deep and strategic relationships with project leadership within our club and builders divisions to advance the company's recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain a candidate tracking system for open positions and all active candidates.
  • Act as a "Brand Ambassador" to help raise the profile of Atlantic Fields/Discovery Land Company brand within the Hospitality and Construction markets.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring goals
  • Develop appropriate talent acquisition metrics and dashboards to manage success/challenges/reporting for business leaders.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition with emphasis in hospitality, or in development/construction industries.
  • PHR/SHRM Qualification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition success metrics, internal talent deployment processes, relevant job markets and research processes.
  • Excellent relationship management skills. Ability to interface with senior hiring leaders.
  • Experience as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities - ability to assess situations in the context of business strategy - that translate into execution, action and results.
  • Strong communications and relationship building skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse team.
  • A problem solver who can adapt to various situations and personalities.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize.
